Ionic Only (Android+IOS) Camera Management App

I am in need of a highly skilled developer who can craft an Ionic mobile application compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The application should serve as a comprehensive tool for managing camera feeds.

Key Functionalities Required:
- Live viewing of camera feeds: Users should be able to watch real-time feeds from their cameras directly through the application.
- Recording and storing camera feeds: The application should also facilitate the recording of these live feeds and their subsequent storage for easy reference.
- Control of camera settings: Users should find it easy to adjust camera settings such as exposure, frame rate, and other parameters directly through the mobile application.
- Social Login (Google, Facebook, Instagram and Email with 2fa)
- Email notifications for login and password changes.
- Configuration stored in a Database
