IoT developer for printing custom tapes using a thermal printer

I am looking for an experienced IoT developer who can create a software that allows me to print custom measures on tapes/paper ribbons using a thermal printer. The software should have the following functions:
- Printing custom measures and markings: The device should be able to print measurements that are given as input by a mobile/desktop app. These measures printed on the ribbon should be accurate to scale.
