IoT Customizable Dashboard

I am looking to create an IoT Customizable Dashboard that can track multiple IoT parameter from MQTT based JSON data available through API, be available on both mobile and desktop devices, and offer advanced customization options. This dashboard will need to be designed with preset templates, but allow for some custom elements as well as full customization. The dashboard should be able to store and organize data, while also allowing users to access it from any device. Furthermore, the dashboard must be able to be updated as new data is added and changes are made, and it should provide the ability to customize how the data is presented. Security is also a priority, so the appropriate measures must be taken to ensure that the data is not accessible by anyone unauthorized. Ultimately, I am looking for an experienced developer to design an effective IoT Customizable Dashboard that meets all the requirements previously discussed.
