Interior Design Site Visit Report Google - App Sheet

Project Description:

We need an AppSheet developer to create a mobile app for interior site visit reporting, using Google Sheets as the backend. The app must:

Manage projects (client name, site address).
Allow engineers to record site visit details via a mobile form (based on the attached "Interior Execution - SITE VISIT REPORT.pdf"), including repeating tables for work progress, issues, materials, and next steps.  
Generate a site visit summary (similar to the attached "INTERIOR EXECUTION - SITE VISIT Summary.pdf").  
Establish relationships between projects and their site visits.
