- The software should be accessible on Web, Mobile and Desktop platforms.
- It needs to cater to various user roles including Administrators, Field Technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Clients, Supervisors, and Dispatchers.
AI Integration:
- The smart ticketing system should incorporate various AI functionalities. This includes but is not limited to Route Planning, Search results, and trend prediction.
