Install IOS emulator at Windows VPS server. -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to help me install an iOS emulator on my Windows VPS server. The specific Windows version running on the server is Windows Server 2016 or 2019. I will give RDP access to VPS, must be installed software like BlueStacks(Blustacks emulates Android phone). Software must emulate IOS, with the functionality to send Imessages from the VPS interface. Software of your choise. Also, you myust provide instruction how to do it in future.
