I'm currently facing an issue on my Instagram account where I'm unable to receive messages from users unless I follow them. This issue is happening across all platforms (both web and mobile app).
I have to add that I tried the usual solutions like switching off and then on in the messaging control, but nothing worked. I need a proper solution, or at least an explanation of what's causing it.
