Improving Arabic Handwriting with AR

I want to design a mobile application that helps children to improve writing in Arabic like this in the link https://www.narratorar.com.au/ But the letters are in Arabic. Also, adults can improve their handwriting by tracing the words that are purified in Arabic
The most important question is what language should be used for programming, is it Python or Swift or what? Also, I need libraries that support Arabic words to build this mobile app
