Idle Horse Racing/Horse Racing Track Ownership

The game is designed to be an Idle game similar to that of other popular ones in the genre.
The game would include all sorts of upgrades to the aspects of a horse race track stadium and the horses themselves.
Features would include:
-Visually changing upgrades as you level up buildings
-Stadium Upgrades (Could be stands and size of track/stadium)
-Unlocking new locations throughout the world, increasing the size of the stadium and increase of profits
-Food stands within the stadium where customers go spend money (Other games have a similar thing to this)
-Horse collection and horse breeding, different horse breeds and rarities, along with the option to either enter your own horses into horse races or to bet on other horses
-Upgradable parking structures with visual changes and bring in more customers
-Upgradable ticket booth that increases the speed at which people are admitted
-Horse race gambling voucher booths with increasing and upgradable prices
-Engaging tutorial in the beginning
-Upgradable Bathrooms
-Increasing bets to help with gaining money
-Monetizable features such as ads in the form of money drops for the player to click on and receive a money boost, walk speed boosts from watching a commercial, X2 profit etc.
Final notes:
Everything in the game should be upgradable and have visual changes from worse to best as they improve, Example: Level 1: Run down looking Level 1000: Fancy looking
You would be allowed to take heavy inspiration from other idle games such as idle theme park, Idle supermarket, Idle hotel, Idle police tycoon and other major and successful idle games
Optional: Real betting mechanics such as odds (simple route would be just picking a horse to win)
Make the winning of the horse races random and have the horse stats slightly influence the outcome of the races
