IOS and Android Emergency Coordination App
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Seeking full-stack developer to produce emergency coordination app for both Android and IOS devices that is cross functional between the two platforms.
Description of App:
The primary objective of this app is to serve as a safe guard for life's emergencies and automate a response during times of which the user is incapacitated or incarcerated and cannot physically do it themselves. Once triggered, the users predetermined contacts will be notified and coordinate via a chatroom as to the users location.
This will require the following:
1. User database
2. GPS location and geofencing of emergency rooms and police stations.
3. Addition to geofencing and allowing users to create subaccounts and geofence areas of their own with scheduling based on their subaccounts.
4.Social Media Platform: a way for the community to engage with each other and keep them on the app.
5. Payment gateway associated to creating subaccounts
6. Chatroom for select individuals that is triggered based on predetermined areas
7. A notification system that can pop-up on screen of the users when triggered. This will require knowledge of security features each device operating system uses.

Deletion of chatroom and associated data once user marks himself safe.
Advertising integration and way to track data analytics for ad. Preferably a google adsense or admobs integration.
You must have the ability to know how to make this within the standards of Apple's and androids developer network to get approval on app stores! This is critical as geofencing those areas is considered sensitive information so you must be able to abide by their standards.
