IOS & Android Customer loyalty Point of sale app

We are a startup business looking to create a customer loyalty point of sale app for use in stores. We are interested in developing an app that will allow customers to earn and redeem points for purchases made in-store or online, view their point balance, receive personalized promotions, and track their rewards history.
We are looking for a team of experienced IOS and Android developers who have expertise in creating customer loyalty apps. The app should be user-friendly, visually appealing.
The scope of the project predominantly would be to develop front end UI for the app since majority of the business logic is handled through REST API calls.
Key features of the app:
Point of sale user should be able to search for customer by entering their mobile #
Point of sale user should be able to add new customers to the loyalty program
Point of sale user should be able to add new transaction that coverts into reward for the customer
Point of sale user should be able to redeem reward points of the customer
Point of sale user should be able to add promotions to the customer
Point of sale user should be able to redeem promotions of the customer.
Detailed requirement along with the REST API information will be provided once the project is awarded. The User experience should be consistent in both Android & IOS app.
