IOS & ANDROID App development -- 2

We need to build a MVP, for which design screens are ready. We would like to have a full stack developer in who can do the job in AWS + NodeJS + Java + Angular + DB + Server.
The app is provide a service to clients, include push notifications, whatsapp integration, client profile, rates.. The project will continue after MVP launch.
