IMU-Based Smart Chip and App Creation

I need a skilled developer to create a custom IMU-based smart chip along with a simple accompanying app.

This project involves:

* The construction of a smart chip containing an accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer, BLE and a battery. The size should be as compact as possible with the enclosure.
* Programming and integrating a firmware to track orientation, detect motion, and measure speed and revolution
* Developing a mobile app that visualizes this data in real time. A simple app will work as at the moment we are in testing phase and the requirement is for around 20 chips.
