Hybrid Mobile App Development from React

I have a React web app that is currently used for reading news and articles. I'd like to convert this into a hybrid mobile app, using the Iconic framework. The new app should retain all the functionalities of the web app and incorporate the following additional features:

- Offline Reading Capabilities
- Sharing Articles on Social Media
- User Registration and Login
- Referral System
