The goal is to create a user-friendly, scalable, and secure app similar to UrbanClap (UrbanCompany), but tailored to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India with a focus on affordability, trust, and simplicity.

User Registration/Login with mobile number (OTP)

Browse services by category (plumbing, beauty, cleaning, etc.)

View service provider profiles, ratings, and pricing

Book a service with preferred date/time

Track booking status

Payment gateway integration (UPI, Paytm, etc.)

In-app chat with service provider

Ratings & reviews system

For Service Providers:
Profile creation and verification

Accept/Reject service requests

Manage bookings & availability

Wallet/payout management

Chat with customer

Admin Panel:
Dashboard to monitor bookings, revenue, user data

Approve/reject service provider applications

Manage categories, cities, pricing

View analytics and reports
