Help us push mobile app to Google Play

This is a task to help us push my app to Google Play.
This is a gaming app, it is stuck at Google Play by policy - I think (It's already on Apple Store).
Contact me to get detail. I need a personal who has much experienced with this and please write "HUMAN" at first letter on your proposal.
