Help Identify Telegram Scammers and Retrieve Their Info

Hello,
I’ve been scammed on Telegram after requesting a service. I made a payment using PayPal (Friends & Family), but right after the transaction I was blocked by the users.
They are still using the same Telegram accounts and continue to scam other users. Their usernames are:
@ACCOUNTDAZNORIGINA
@rendanmarkda
Additionally, they are attracting victims by promoting fake services on eBay using this listing:
https://www.ebay.it/itm/405709284059
The eBay seller's account is: giov-9297
I’m looking for someone with technical and investigative skills who can:
Help uncover any identifiable information about these Telegram users (such as phone number, IP, or anything useful).
Identify if they’re using linked accounts or channels.
Check whether the eBay account is linked to the same individuals.
Provide possible suggestions or support in reporting them or gathering information for authorities.
