Overview
PathwayCare+ is a mobile-first healthtech platform designed to provide affordable, AI-powered medical support through WhatsApp and USSD, making healthcare accessible to underserved populations in Nigeria.
This MVP will serve as a working demo for our board and early-stage testing with users.
Scope of Work (Phase 1 – MVP Build)
1. WhatsApp + USSD Setup
Configure WhatsApp Business API + Africa’s Talking for USSD.
Ensure smooth dual-channel access.
2. Multilingual Support
English, Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo.
3. Patient Registration & Symptom Triage
Collect basic patient info.
AI-assisted triage with symptom classification.
4. Doctor Matching
Match patients by specialty and availability.
Ensure no personal contact info is exposed.
5. Secure Two-Way Chat
In-app chat between patients <> doctors (masked numbers).
6. Basic Consultation Workflow
Prescriptions and simple uploads (images, lab results) via WhatsApp.
7. Payments
Integration with Paystack/Flutterwave.
8. Patient Summaries / History
Display recent consultations and basic patient history.
9. Help Docs
Basic FAQ / knowledge base integration for self-help.
10. Doctor Wallet (Basic Version)
Simple earning tracking log for doctors.
11. Backend + Admin Panel
Firebase-based backend.
Encrypted data handling.
Admin panel for monitoring and managing data.

Duration: 12–14 days
Approach: Agile delivery with regular updates & milestone reviews
Delivery Goal: Functional MVP ready for real-world testing and board demo
