The required is to create a platform (Guides Navigator) to connect tour guide with travel agencies. Guides Navigator, is a B2B booking platform for professionals, enables travel agencies to reserve certified, qualified, experienced, and expert tour guide. The application allows companies (travel agencies and hotels) to browse and compare the profiles and reviews of different tour-guides, identify knowledgeable professionals, and quickly book a tour guide. With the Guides Navigator platform, customers can find the best tour guide for their requirements quickly and effortlessly. Companies can choose the tour guide that best fits their needs by looking through the tour guides' thorough profiles, which showcase their experience, credentials, qualifications, and work. A website and an Android and iOS mobile app make up this solution.
To create an efficient, user-friendly platform for customers, the website will be built using WordPress and Crocoblock. The website and mobile application need to be fully integrated in order to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements are as following:
1. Develop a WordPress site that will connect the tour guides with travel agents using JetPlugins for Elementor by Crocoblock.
2. There will be a Homepage to list the details about the features of the platform.
3. The website will offer different sign in/login for travel agents and tour guides.
4. The travel agent will login and create their company profile by entering their details. The travel agents can add employ account sub from the main company account, search for tour guide, add event, and book a tour guide for the event.
5. The tour guide will also login and create their professional profile and add his free time slot to his calendar.
6. The tour guide will be offered a dashboard with "Personal information", “Chat", "Calendar", "Orders", "Events" and "Settings" options.
7. The travel agent will be offered with: "About", “Chat", "Tour guides", "favorite tour Guides", "orders" and "Settings" options
8. The travel agent can book a guide for an event and the guide can accept/reject the invitation
9. Through settings the agents and guide can set their profile settings like notifications, events
10. There will be a contact us page with the location of the business and contact form
11. There will be an analytics dashboard specifically for the travel agents where they will be able to view the statistics. All other options will be same as the website dashboard.
