Google Sheets App for Sales Management

I'm looking to develop a Google Sheets application with scripts, specifically tailored for managing sales/service data. It will be a digital service ticket and would love if it could be a user-friendly app for the field techs. I want everything entered on sheet 1 to be added to sheet 2, and also on sheet 3 have a tracking system for every ticket created.
