Good day, I am interested in creating a mobile game (Android) based on my Discord role-playing server and my MySQL database.
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking only for an Indie developer with price range = 4,161.35 INR
I have thought of a resource management + push-your-luck game that follows the following outline:
Login with Discord or Gmail.
Recruitment:
Each day you can recruit 1 new adventurer, which means obtaining a random character from among all those created in the existing MySQL database. If you get a character that is currently above level 1, it is also randomly determined at what level they appear.
You can also reroll 10 adventurers and get a new one. If you reroll a character that is already above level 1 in the database, it is saved and cannot appear again.
Adventure:
A map is displayed with various places to go, each with a difficulty level.
The player selects a destination.
The player assembles their party from the adventurers they have.
The player prepares the equipment for their party.
A random encounter is assembled based on the specifications of that destination, retrieved from an external database.
The combat is simulated, and results are provided.
The player decides whether to continue, rest their characters, or withdraw.
If they continue, another random encounter is assembled.
If they rest, one of their 2 daily Short Rests is consumed.
If they withdraw, they receive rewards.
Shop:
Among the rewards are GP, Diamonds, and Treasure Points.
GP is used to buy resources from the existing database: food, water, and equipment.
With TP, you can obtain random magical items from the new database.
Diamonds can be used for services: resurrecting an adventurer, getting an extra short rest, etc.
The idea is to later reward server players for playing the game. If their character in the database levels up by playing the application, they will receive rewards in the existing database.
I would handle the algorithms for encounters, rewards, and consequences.
The only animations I would be interested in adding for now would be 20-sided dice, in two different colors, and screen icons when clicked.
We can arrange a meeting to discuss this further, but I would like to know the price range we are looking at.
