Golf shot recording app

I'm looking for a competent developer to create an app for both Android and iOS platforms. This app primarily revolves around golf shot recording, targeting both casual and professional golfers.
Features:
Main feature is tracking ‘shot dispersion’. Main screen to have a simple target like line drawing. Golf pin in middle, circles around pin at every 2m increments. User touches on screen where they hit their ball in relation to hole. After they select the point where they hit their ball, they can then add which club was hit into that data point.
All data is saved in the app, so anytime in future they could select one particular club from another menu and see where their most common miss area is compared to target.
