Golf Yardage app

I am looking for a talented freelancer to help me develop a golf yardage app with some special features. Specifically, I would like it to have shot tracking capabilities, and be compatible with existing technology. I also require accuracy in the yardage measurements to a certain degree, albeit not overly important. The main goal is to have an app developed that can definitively track various yardages for golfers, as well as their scores and individual shots. This will allow for an accurate record of how well they play on the course. Thus, I am hoping that the freelancer I select will have the necessary experience and knowledge to accomplish this goal.
