# Project Brief – Global Meet (UI/UX Enhancement)
## About the Project
**Global Meet** is an innovative cross-platform social networking application currently being developed for **Web, Desktop, and Mobile** platforms. Development has been underway for approximately **three months**, and the core application foundation is already in place.
The platform is a **topic-based meeting universe** where people from around the world connect through live conversations centered around shared interests. Rather than traditional chat rooms or community lists, Global Meet presents discussions in a visually immersive **constellation-inspired interface**, where conversations appear as interconnected stars, making discovery engaging and intuitive.
Users can:
* Create and host live topic-based meetings.
* Join public or private discussions.
* Discover trending conversations through an interactive constellation view.
* Connect with people who share similar interests.
* Build meaningful communities around knowledge, creativity, and collaboration.
## Current Status
The application architecture and core development are already in progress. Before moving into the next phase of feature development, our primary focus is **improving the overall UI/UX**.
We are looking for an experienced designer/developer who can modernize the existing interface while maintaining a consistent experience across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
## Scope of Work
The initial engagement will focus on:
* Reviewing the existing application and user flows.
* Redesigning the UI using modern design principles.
* Improving user experience and navigation.
* Creating a consistent design system across all platforms.
* Enhancing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
* Refining onboarding and authentication screens.
* Improving meeting discovery and constellation navigation.
* Updating profile, messaging, notifications, and activity feed interfaces.
* Delivering production-ready UI components and design assets where applicable.
This project is **not** a complete redesign from scratch. The existing application and workflows will serve as the foundation for the UI/UX improvements.
