GPS Tracking App Development for React Native

I am looking for a developer to build a cross-platform mobile application designed for iOS and Android, using React Native. This app will provide real-time location tracking for various entities. The app should integrate the Google/Apple Maps API for mapping and another API that contains the location data for the entities being tracked.
Key features should include 2-factor authentication with secure login via email, and user roles with admins able to see all entities while users can only see specific entities assigned to them. The app should display real-time location of entities with different color codes and labels, allow users to customize notifications for various alerts, and ensure data synchronization across multiple devices in real time.
Additionally, the app should have a support center for user assistance, link-based access where each entity has a unique link that admins can send to users to view the entity’s location, and display route information including the complete route, current position, and next stop for each entity. This app should ensure data encryption and privacy maintenance.
An admin dashboard should be included for managing entities, routes, and user access, along with a simple user dashboard for viewing entity location and ETA. The app should also feature in-app messaging or contact options for users to reach admins, and provide access to historical route data for admins. The app must be user-friendly, secure, and comply with local data protection laws. The map should be modern and sleek.
