GLPI Development project

my client is a leader in IT service management solutions, committed to providing top-notch services to our clients. I am looking for a highly skilled GLPI Developer to join to my team to customize their GLPI helpdesk application.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain GLPI plugins for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microsoft Teams integration.
Customize and generate detailed reports tailored to client specifications.
Custom mobile interface for GLPI
Optimize database performance and manage MySQL/MariaDB databases.
Collaborate with IT and support teams to enhance GLPI functionalities.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to GLPI plugins and core functionalities.
Requirements:
Proven experience with GLPI development, including plugin development.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and MariaDB.
Knowledge of SSO protocols and integration methods.
Experience with Microsoft Teams API and integration techniques.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to create custom reports within GLPI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of Linux server environments.
Experience with other ITSM tools and plugins.
