GEO Restrict iOS App

Hello All.
I have an app. It's a hybrid app.
I have submitted my app to Apple Store and they rejected my app. This is the message they provided me:
Geo-restrict the app so that it can only be used in locations where you have the required license or permissions. Learn more about using location data to implement geo-restrictions.

Has anyone done this before? I guess Apple wants me to make sure my app doesn't work in certain countries. Do you know how we can not allow my app to work in certain countries?
