Roles and responsibilities

- Build a highly scalable app that will be released on iOS and Android devices using a single Flutter code base
- Build a scalable backend system to support the front-end applications (APIs, database, etc.)
- Translate wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
- Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
- Document the project and code efficiently.
- Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
- Solving problems, and designing algorithms.

Skills and qualifications

Basic

- Have two or more iOS/Android apps developed with Flutter. Either deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on Github(Please Share your GitHub profile & demo for your relevant works);
- 5+ years in full-stack software development;
- Can build a backend system (authentication, API, database) in Python or Javascript
- Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle;
- Experience with automated testing and building;
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version control tools;
- Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into a readable state.
- Intermediate+ English skills.

Preferred

- Have worked with Nodejs, Tensorflow Lite, Kafka, and Docker
- Have experience with Mapping, Geolocation, Tracking, and Routing APIs.
- Experience working remotely and coordinating tech initiatives with different teams to deliver projects.
- Worked at any startup stage or developed projects of their own ideas.
- Strong Problem Solving Skills.

- Someone who is very very fast. We release multiple times per day. We need someone who is a blazing-fast coder while keeping quality high enough.
- You have an intrinsic quality bar. Some people have this and some don’t. You see a bad design or poor code and it hurts your soul.
- Smart, humble, and hard-working. All four are required.

- If you’ve only worked in a large company, with a large team, and lots of bureaucracy, this is not the place for you.
- If you aren’t self-motivated, don’t like a lot of responsibility, you like to be micromanaged and told every step of what to do. This is not the right place for you.
- If you like to do things slowly and relaxed, this is definitely not the place for you.
