We're looking for a dedicated individual Full-Stack Developer to join our team and support the growth of our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build a sleek, modern frontend using Flutter
- Develop and maintain backend logic using Firebase
- Set up databases, API integrations, and cloud functions
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Collaborate directly with our UI/UX designer and business analyst

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development
- Strong hands-on experience with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions)
- Comfortable working with NoSQL databases, especially Firestore
- Consistent track record of writing high-quality, well-structured code
- Ability to work independently and be responsive during assigned hours
- Previous experience working closely with design or product teams
