Full App Development: Product Image Capture (Barcode + Label)

We want to build an app to collect images of supermarket products. The main functionality is:
- Allowing users to upload 2 photos per product: one of the barcode and one of the main label.
- These uploads will be recurring (possibly daily), so the interface must be very simple, fast, and user-friendly.
- Upon registration, users will complete a basic questionnaire to collect relevant information.

Key technical features (Phase 1):
- Phone number-based registration.
- Initial questionnaire shown on first use.
- Image upload via direct camera access within the app.
- Offline functionality.
- Generic push notifications.
- Integrated payment system (users receive a reward).
- Nice to have: built-in barcode scanner.
- Development for both Android and iOS.

This project will have a second phase with additional features, so we’re looking for someone open to a long-term collaboration.
