Freelance Telegram System Administrator Consultant

I am looking for a system admin with expertise in Telegram for freelance consultation. You have to be an expert in administration in Telegram messenger for professional use, desktop and on a smartphone.
Within this freelance consultation, we will ask you to draft instructions for correctly setting up accounts, chats, and channels for Mac, iPhone, Android phone, and Windows and resolve issues.

Some of the issues we encountered and haven't been able to resolve, and we will request you to resolve:

1. Transfer the ownership of the chat, including situations when there is no owner and/or admin.
2. Provide methods for sending bulk messages to 100 chats efficiently.
3. Advise on security features and recovery of the account in case the phone number is not available.


Key Responsibilities:
- The expert will need to provide instructions for Mac, iPhone, Android phone, and Windows, as well as any differences for Telegram X and Telegram Blue.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on Telegram administration tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account ownership, bulk messaging, and account security.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in Telegram administration, including account management, chat ownership transfer, and bulk messaging.
- Strong understanding of Telegram security features and account recovery procedures.
