Food Order & Delivery System Web and Mobile APP
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Food Order & Delivery System Web and Mobile APP. The app should be available on both web and mobile platforms. The web and app is for a particulat single restaurant for local customer base.
Key Features: For Mobile and Web(Responsive)
- Food category, Menue Items and its addons associated
- Menu Browsing: Users should be able to browse through the menu of different food options.
- Online Ordering: Users should be able to place their orders online.
- Real-Time Tracking: Users should be able to track the status of their orders in real-time.
- Backend Admin Panel - To receive orders, change status of orders on which notification will tigger to customer.
Customer Flow
- Customer will come to web or mobile app
- Login with OTP
- If new customer make him fill delivery address with lat long and mark it as default else go to main menu, also add customer first name, lasl name, gender, email(optional)
- Browse the catogory of food and beverages
- Select a category and will browse the menu
- Add item to cart with addons
- Any time can go to another category and add itms and addons from there as well
- checkout
- At payment page show if any discout or offer available, avail it automatically
- Do payment by UPI or payumoney
- Order success and failure page
- Order history
- Profile update with multiple address add option with one as default as said earlier
- Order tracking with current order on going in map with time for customer real time tracking
- Rating and review for the food purchased from the menu
Admin Panel Restaurant flow
- Order received
- Accept order, notify to customer
- In prepration, notify to customer
- Order prepared, notify to customer
- Order picked up by delivery guy
- Show delivery guy detail & number to custome in mobile and app
- Order on the way
- Show delivery guy movement in map
- Order completed and delivered
- In some case order canceled and message refund will be processed in a week notification.
Othe in Admin Panel
- Create categories
- Add Menu Items and addons with fixed price with tax included under a category
- Order history Latest first
- Few graphs in dashbords and counts for total orders for the day, best prfotming menu, menu wise how many orders recevind per day a list in dashbord.
Payment Integration:
- Credit/Debit Card: The app should have integration with credit/debit card payment options. (payumoney
- UPI Payment mode
- Full proof payment with out failure.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing web and mobile apps.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
- Knowledge of pyumoney integration with credit/debit cards.
- Familiarity with real-time tracking technologies.
