For an upcoming custom food-delivery ecosystem, I need a concise yet thorough product-requirements document that focuses solely on the user-facing mobile app. The scope covers every step a customer experiences: browsing restaurants, placing and paying for orders, tracking drivers in real time, and finally rating and reviewing the service once the meal arrives.
I want the final deliverable in a well-structured Word document that any engineer, designer, or stakeholder can pick up and build from immediately. Please break the PRD into clear sections—problem statement, user stories, detailed feature specs, flow diagrams or wireframes (low-fidelity is fine), edge-case handling, and analytics/events to track. Technical language is welcome where needed, but keep the overall narrative readable for non-technical teammates as well.
Acceptance criteria
• Word document (.docx) with clean headings and clickable table of contents
• Coverage of these core functions: Order food, Track delivery, Rate & review
• End-to-end user flow diagram embedded or linked
• At least five measurable success metrics defined for launch
• Hand-off ready: no placeholders, all copy polished and free of jargon
