Food Delivery App Development

We are an on-campus food delivery service. Our company delivers food to college students from the campus restaurants, dining halls, and nearby restaurants within a 3-mile radius of their College. I need a hybrid app ( IOS + Android) that will allow us to reduce the friction in our process. Please look at the document attched for more information. This is a one-time job with the opportunity for future work depending on the quality of work performed. An NDA and IP agreement will need to be signed before any work is done. Lastly, the source code must be provided.
