Flutterflow.io Developer for geo tag Data Collection App - 2hrs delivery only contest

I'm in need of a Flutterflow.io expert to develop a straightforward app with two user types: Field Officers and Supervisors.
I'm seeking a Flutterflow.io developer to create a simple app with two user types - Field Officers and Supervisors. The app should consist of two screens and incorporate a Google Map popup for geo-tagging shop locations.
Important Before Bidding:
Quote only the correct price, dont quote low and ask more before awarding,
Need the app simple and fast in 2 hrs, basic and simple design is ok for me, basic validation is ok, flow and data submission and map location tagging is important, with no errors.
Delivery will be the project file completely editable and usable in flutterflow for further development from my end.

Key Features:
- The app is primarily for shop onboarding, with field officers collecting information such as shop names and types.
- Pre_Launch_Supplier (Form Name)
On click of the Add button it will navigate to data collection form with location enabled.
Data Field Names - Shop Name, Person Name, Mobile No, Email ID, Shop Address, lat long, Partner Package (dropdown - Platinum, gold, silver, bronze, yet to decide), Brand Type (Single, Multi Branded), Delivery type (only local, Any Location, both), Current online selling (Yes or No) Yes with a multi text box, Bank Name, Terms and conditions link with a checkbox.
End of the form should have one button preview to open a popup screen for read only preview and that popup should have a submit and back button.
Submitting the record will be saved in backend table, and a email notification will be sent to admin.
- lat long - current shop location lat,long to be displayed. User on click of the latlong should be able to view a google map popup and alter the marker pin to correct the accuracy and submit the pop up - so that correct lat long data is captured.
- The app should include advanced validation for data entry. This means ensuring the information is in the correct format and adheres to specified limits.
- Two distinct user roles: Field Officers who collect data and Supervisors who monitor and manage the data collection process.
- Add user - only for Supervisor to add field Officers (Name, Email, Mobile no, one file upload for id, m-pin static 4 digit, active/inactive). - simple login 4 digit static m pin.
