Needing an built using FlutterFlow and Firebase. Here's a breakdown of the functionalities:
Target Users:
* Service Providers (Plumbers, Electricians, Cleaners, etc.)
* Customers
App Features:
For Service Providers:
* Profile Creation: Create a profile with service offerings, experience, certifications, and availability.
* Manage Bookings: View, accept, reschedule, or cancel customer bookings.
* Customer Communication: In-app chat or messaging system to communicate with customers.
* Availability Management: Set working hours and manage availability for booking requests.
* Payment Integration: Integrate a payment gateway to receive payments from customers securely.
* Job Tracking: Track job progress, update customers, and manage invoicing.
* Reviews and Ratings: Collect and showcase customer reviews and ratings to build trust.
* Ability to add employees and allow them to log in as an employee to view services scheduled to them.
* Signature capture for job completion.
* Push notification of messages and upcoming appointments to employees.
For Customers:
* Search for Services: Search for service providers by location, service type, or keywords.
* Browse Provider Profiles: View provider profiles, including service offerings, experience, and ratings.
