Flutter app for recording and playing back audio from a Bluetooth microphone

Hi, I'm looking for someone to develop a Flutter app for me that will be able to record and play back audio from a Bluetooth microphone. User interface is not particularly important, I mainly need the Bluetooth functionality. I need the flutter code to be well commented so I can understand and continue working with it. I also would like the raw audio data input to come in, in a List variable. The app does not need to be capable of anything other than bluetooth recording and playback.
