Flutter and Web integration

I am in need of a skilled Flutter developer to create an app that will load the audio and video controller or video plugins for viewing the PTZ camera on my Webpage or Laravel page
I have an HTML demo page from the camera’s manufacturer that shows you the video streaming and able to listen to the camera microphone.
The camera’s manufacturer also provides a SDK demo with IOS and Android tools.
The demo app I tested it and working on my Phone, I am able to listen, talk, and watch and move left, right, up or down my PTZ camera.
What I Need is to create a flutter so I could split both for IOS and Android. The app should be a simple Webbrowser so when click on the App it should redirect to the login page that is hosted on my server hosting provider (my IOT landing page is the login page). The app should have the plugging for viewing the PTZ IP camera, listen, brightness, contrast, and the MIcrophone capabilities.
I have functional demo app and flutter source code, but if we could just add the plugging to the simple web browser app, this means that after login to sever application I could see all cameras that I want to control from my Laravel IOT platform.
Key functionalities should include:
- Real-time streaming: should be able to handle immediate and continuous video feed from one device to another.
- Playback of recorded footage: Users should be able to record their real-time streaming and be able to play it back at a later time.
- Two-way audio communication: Alongside the video, a voice-over-internet protocol for real-time audio communication between users is also required.
Preferred candidates will have experience in:
- website or html
- Flutter framework
- Android and iOS development
- Real-time streaming
- Knowledge of P2P technology.
