Flutter Web Browser for plugins loading

I need a web browser page developed using Flutter, available on both iOS and Android platforms.

Essential features include:
- This simple task is just and app that when click on logo app will navigate to a web-browser , but also it will load a video view plugin
- Support for plugins (specific types to be determined)
