Flutter Voice-Command App Development Tutoring

I am studying Flutter and trying to figure out how to set up opening my app with voice commands either through google assistent or siri.
Unfortunately I haven't found many tutorials on the net, and maybe it's also because I don't have much knowledge especially about iOS but I can't get ahead of myself.
What I want to do is to create an app, with two views.
The main one and another one, then add a rooter as well.
I would like to simply that by saying to google assistent or siri open my discography, the app opens.
and if I say search thriller record instead, it opens the second view and can retrieve the thriller value, that the name of the record.
Discography is an example, the app doesn't have a name because it is just for study, any example will do.
for the android part i also configured firebase and created intents on dialogflow. but without good results.
I am asking if you can make me an app from scratch with just these two views, without wasting time trying to figure out where I went wrong.
I would also like to add a phone biometrics when opening the app
and verify that even after unlocking the app the information arrives well in the secodna view
but then I would need you to give me all the instructions to completely replicate the project, from settings in android studio or xcode to eventualmi settings in google console or firebase.
Can you do this either in writing or maybe with a small video tutorial of the desktop.
as you can see it is not a lot of work but I get lost in some settings, phrases in actions or shortcuts.
If it was possible then I would like to set everything in French, because I am French so instead of saying open discography it would be ouvre discographie
Can you give me a quote, hoping it is not expensive because it is not a work I have to sell but just for my study phase and not having a deadline it should not be pronoto in one day
