Flutter Video compress and upload simultaneously

I am building a Flutter app, but seems there is a roadblock to build a video compress and upload functionality inside flutter.
Can you create a wrapper for ios and android that compress the video and upload to server simultaneously?
we are uploading to digital ocean spaces using minio package
currently we are waiting for video to get compressed first and then uploading
