Flutter Mobile App for existing AI Chatbot website

I need a Flutter mobile app that mirrors an existing AI (RAG) chatbot website. The current site is built with React, Python Flask, and JavaScript, and connects to a LLM via APIs. The app must be ready for upload to Playstore & Appstore, and should follow a modern and minimalist design style. NOTE: For reference regarding features, you can compare with chatgpt.com
Key Requirements:
- Full functional replication of the website with a smooth, slick UI/UX
- Comprehensive integration including UI, onboarding, buttons, and pages (like contact/privacy policy)

So basically, I need a mobile app preferably in Flutter that will replicate the functionality of the existing website with a nice mobile app UI.
Doesn't matter if you use AI coding tools to make it or start with a template ..but the result must be as mentioned above. Fully functional, fully featured with a great slick, smooth UI/UX (not old fashioned looks).
