Flutter Mobile App development Setup needed

We want to try our hands in programming. Looking for a vendor who can setup the development environment, configure the first sample project on flutter, firebase and kick start. I am a programmer who worked on PHP before but would like to start learning flutter and firebase on the go. Need to also give me a 30-60 mins overview on how these technologies work.
