Flutter Mobile App & Admin Panel

I'm looking for a skilled independent developer to build a Flutter mobile app (iOS & Android) along with a web-based admin panel for a platform where creators can monetize and sell digital content—such as fitness plans, photos, videos, documents, and more.
The concept is straightforward: creators upload content, set a price, and get a unique link to share. Buyers use that link to access and purchase the content—browsing inside the app is not required for buyers.
The goal is a secure, streamlined experience for both creators and buyers, inspired by existing platforms but with a clean, modern twist.

Flutter mobile app (iOS & Android)
Web-based admin panel
Backend and database setup
Integration of provided UI design into the Flutter app
Mobile App Features:
Content Upload & Link Generation:
Creators upload content (PDFs, MP4s, images, etc.), set a price, and receive a unique, shareable purchase link for each item.
Multi-Currency Support:
Supports global transactions with multiple currencies.
Authentication:
Sign-up/login via email and social login (Google, Apple).
Creator Profiles & Content Management:
Creators can manage profiles, upload content, adjust pricing, and view performance analytics.
Secure Payments:
Integration with Stripe, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Content Access for Buyers:
Buyers can download purchased files in supported formats.
Analytics for Creators:
Track earnings, views, downloads through a simple dashboard.
Social Sharing:
Creators can promote their content links via Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, etc.
Push Notifications:
Real-time notifications for sales, new content, or updates.
Multilingual Support:
The app should be localizable for various languages.
Admin Panel Features (Web):
User Management:
Manage accounts for both creators and buyers, verify users, handle support/disputes.
Content Moderation:
Approve or reject content based on platform standards.
Payment Management:
Monitor sales, handle commissions, process payouts.
Analytics Dashboard:
View platform-wide activity, revenue, and engagement.
Reports:
Export detailed reports on performance, revenue, user activity.
UI Design:
The full mobile UI is already designed and will be provided. Your task is to implement it in Flutter and maintain consistency across the user journey.
