Flutter Hybrid Functional App Development

I'm looking for a Flutter developer who can help me create a hybrid Dart based functional app with specific features and capabilities.

Key requirements:
- Home Screen: I want a search bar implemented on the home screen and 7 clickable.
boxes in 2 columns. When a box is clicked the camera opens.
- AI Camera: The app should have an AI camera capable of text recognition
- Search Bar: The search bar should have:
- Auto-suggest functionality
- Voice to text feature
- Result screen for Search results
- Temporary Storage
- Firebase Auth and firestore

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for hybrid app development
- Experience in implementing AI features, particularly Google mlkit text recognition
- Prior work on search bar with auto-suggest and voice to text functionality
- UI/UX design experience for a clean, user-friendly interface.
