Flutter Expert Needed

I'm seeking an experienced Flutter developer for a short technical consultation with the following goals:

- Review and debug our existing Flutter web app
- Guide on integrating push notifications
- Help plan the transition to a Flutter native app for Android and iOS

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Flutter
- Hands-on knowledge of push notification services like Firebase
- Ability to identify performance issues and suggest improvements
- Clear communication and planning skills
