Flutter Developer (low budget project but long term)

I need a flutter developer for an app. The developer will work on the frontend only & will be working with me on the application. This is not 1 project. It's a long term position leading to more than 3 months. But the budget of the this project is low.
It's $200 CAD for this starting project
