Flutter Developer for On-Demand App Upgrade

We are looking for a part-time, on-demand mobile application developer with proficiency in Dart, Flutter, and C# API.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upgrade our current Android app version to a version higher than 14. We currently have an app release version of 16 which requires improvement.
* Conduct usability testing to identify and fix bugs, and enhance application performance.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in Dart, Flutter, and C# API.
* Strong ability to identify and debug software errors.
* Skilled at optimizing app performance.
* Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a project on time.
Please note that the current user interface design is satisfactory. There is no need for a UI redesign at this time.
