We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with experience in Apple HealthKit and Google Fit API integration to enhance our existing Flutter-based fitness application. The goal is to seamlessly sync health and activity data from users’ iOS and Android devices, providing a more personalized fitness tracking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate Apple Health (HealthKit) for iOS users and Google Fit for Android users within the existing Flutter application.
Enable real-time synchronization of fitness data, including steps, heart rate, calories burned, and other health metrics.
Ensure smooth authentication and permissions handling for Apple Health and Google Fit APIs.
Optimize data fetching and storage to ensure minimal battery and performance impact.
Implement a user-friendly interface to display integrated health data within the app.
Troubleshoot and fix any issues related to API integrations.
Work closely with our team to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Flutter & Dart development.
Prior experience integrating Apple HealthKit and Google Fit APIs.
Strong knowledge of handling background tasks, API requests, and data security.
Experience with Firebase and RESTful API integrations is a plus.
Ability to test and debug across both iOS and Android platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with fitness and health tracking applications.
Experience working with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices (optional).
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for health-based mobile applications.
