Flutter Developer for App Maintenance & Enhancements

We are looking for a skilled Flutter developer to handle maintenance, updates, and minor enhancements for our existing cross-platform mobile application. The app is integrated with Firebase (Auth, Messaging), Google AdMob, and includes multimedia functionality like video playback and image editing.

The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure app compatibility with the latest versions of Flutter, Dart, Android, and iOS.
- Keep third-party packages up to date and resolve versioning conflicts.
- Fix bugs or performance issues reported via logs or user feedback.
- Perform routine Firebase integration checks (authentication, push notifications).
- Monitor and update Google AdMob integration.
- Maintain portrait orientation, splash screen, and app theming.
- Run flutter test and ensure all widget tests pass.
- Prepare release builds for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience with Flutter & Dart
- Firebase (Auth, Messaging, Core)
- AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK
- Familiarity with multimedia tools (e.g., video_player, image_cropper)
- Git for version control
- Experience submitting apps to Play Store / App Store is a bonus
